1. Return Eligibility (Unopened Only)

We accept returns for standard stock items within 7 days of delivery only if the product is in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging. Once a seal is broken or a container is opened, the product is considered non-returnable to ensure safety and purity standards.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items strictly cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Opened containers or broken seals.
• Custom-blended chemicals or special orders.
• Temperature-sensitive or perishable chemical compounds.
• Products damaged due to improper storage by the buyer.

3. Quality Discrepancies & Damages

If you receive a product that does not match the provided Certificate of Analysis (COA) or arrives damaged:

1. Damaged in Transit: Report visible damage immediately upon delivery. Notify us within 48 hours with clear photos of the leakage or package damage.
2. Quality Issues: If technical specifications do not meet the COA, please contact us within 5 business days with your batch number and testing report. We will verify the claim and arrange for a replacement or refund.

4. How to Request a Return

1. Email our sales team at chemicalsprominent@gmail.com with your Invoice Number and Batch Number.
2. Wait for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Do not ship chemicals without authorization.
3. Ensure the package is labeled correctly according to safety regulations before shipping.

5. Refunds & Restocking Fees

Refunds are processed after the returned material passes a quality inspection at our warehouse. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Note: Non-defective returns (e.g., ordering mistakes) may be subject to a 15-20% restocking fee to cover handling and safety checks.

6. Shipping Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a shipping error or quality defect on our part.
